13 Inch MacBook Air (Mid-2012)

A friend of mine is looking to sell his 13-inch MacBook Air (mid-2012).

OS X Yosemite
1.8 GHz Intel Core i5
8 GB DDR3
Intel HD Graphics 4000 1024 MB
128 GB hard drive

I'm not entirely certain what the cycle count is, but I'm working on that detail. I am also not sure as to the quality of the casing, but I would imagine it's in good condition.

I've done a bit of research as to the pricing, but I was hoping for a bit of help from the experienced core of this forum. I appreciate it.

Update: He said he'd sell it to me for $500, which sounds like a good price, based on what I've seen around the web. Any thoughts?
