13" MacBook Pro 256 SSD is the max?

    You can't spec out a 13" Pro with more than 256GB SSD currently.

    To clarify OP is talking about the base 13" with touch bar.

    Here in the UK they are offering a 512MB version.

    But it's really weird: you can select a 1TB version of the "budget" Macbook Pro (no touch bar), but only 256 or 512 for the "proper" 13" with touch bar! I have to assume that either this is a problem with the store config or something to do with early production runs, because as a strategy it makes no sense whatsoever.

    Edit: ah, while I've been typing that the ability to configure the higher end 13" with touch bar up to 1TB has appeared. So it may just be a "setting up the store properly" effect.
