13" MBP m1 vs 13" MBP m2 , worthwhile to upgrade?

No. I bet that the difference is so small that you wouldn't notice it if you don't measure it.

I go between an M1 mini, M1 Pro MBP, and an M2 Pro MBP. In day to day use, the differences between each are completely imperceptible.

Not at all. I was in the same boat. M1 14” on the other hand is worlds better.
