Debating on getting a high end 13' or low end 15'.

I will mostly be using the computer for iTunes, Internet and a bit of gaming. Will the difference between Dual Core and Quad Core be that different?

I will also probably have Mail, Chrome, iTunes, Microsoft Office running at the same time.

If you are set on getting the 13" MBP, I would get high-end 13" MBA instead, upgraded to 8GB RAM. Real world performance difference between 2.9GHz i7 and 1.8GHz i5 isn't as significant as 256GB flash drive vs. 750GB 5400rpm hard disk (assuming you can live with 256GB).
