iPhone 13 Pro Max 13 PM strange screen problem after charging

It happens after charging. Only thing that helps is to shut down the phone and open it. 1/4 of the screen lights as it should and the rest is dimmed. Photo attached to show how it looks. And this happpens regardless of application.

Anyone had the problem and have found the solution?

Defective phone. Return it.
