Hey guys, my wifes 13PM just suddenly lost all service. She called Verizon and got cut off after waiting 45 minutes.
She's tried turning it off and back on, tried cycling airplane mode on and off and it still has no signal.
Here's a screen shot showing dots where it should have a signal.
Anyone have any insight or suggestions? Thanks
Strange, she has an apple watch series 6 LTE and it isn't working on cellular either.

If both the phone and watch are experiencing the same issue, it sounds like it is Verizon cell service issue.

No, my daughter is at home as well and she has service. Even though the Apple watch has cellular service, it's still dependent on the phone correct?

Sounds like something is failing in her phone. Try contacting AppleCare and have them run diagnostic of her device remotely and see what comes up. or if you are near your local apple store, set up a Genius Bar appointment.

She turned off the phone and removed the Sim card, reinserted it and powered it back on and still doesn't work.
She just got it a couple weeks ago, I'm not sure how it was activated. Whether it's the actual Sim or esim.

She finally contacted AppleCare, they connected and ran diagnostics on it and said everything looked right.
Verizon issue I guess.

Double check to make sure her cellular is activate. Every now and then my daughter switches cellular off and she have that same issue.

Wouldn't an issue with the Sim card be caught by remote diagnostics by AppleCare?
no i think the diagnostic only goes as far as checking the sim card tray and doesnt touch the actual card. i would try contacting verizon or going into a store

if both her phone and lte watch are not working its got to be a provider issue, try your sim in her phone if you get coverage then it’s definitely her account thats the issue

Update..
So finally after doing a reset of all settings her iPhone 13PM came back on.
Today.. It did it again, lost all service and she had to do another reset of all settings to get it to come back up.

What's strange is that when her phone goes berzerk and loses service, if you try to call her number you get a message saying her number is no longer in service. Like her service is completely turned off. Verizon hasn't been much help, pretty much told her to go to a Verizon store and get a new phone.

Just curious if she did get a new phone? I have Verizon as well. I got my 13PM at the beginning of December and twice now it has lost service. If I restart, it does come back on, but makes me wonder if there's something wrong with this particular phone. My husband and son both got the same phone a few weeks after I did, and this hasn't happened with theirs. I took the sim card out and cleaned it off because it had some sort of smudge on it.
