13 Pro Max bluetooth issues (brief disconnects)

Both my (non Apple) bt in-ear headphones and my car bt do frequent short disconnects from my new iPhone 13 Pro Max.

It seems this happens while I am listening to Spotify or another app that broadcasts my national radio more than during phone calls, but its just an impression.

Anyone with the same issue? Any known fixes?

I am having the very same issue on my iPhone 13 Pro Max.

If it does not get fixed shortly, I am returning this phone as it is unacceptable to have a device at this price with flakey bluetooth connectivity.
