When streaming on YouTube and other video sites I occasionally notice white/overexposed areas of the video have a "clipping effect". It is similar to when you turn on the exposure highlight feature in DSLRs. The clipping is happens a consistent time in the video (i.e. when I go back to the same timestamp, the clipping occurs).
