I'm looking into buying a new MacBook Pro and am undecided between the 13 and 15 inch model.

I'm thinking of getting the top of the line 13" with upgraded 2.8 i7, but I only see a 15" equivalent with a 2.6? This doesn't make sense to me why this isn't an option on the 15". I'd like the bigger screen but will also be using it with a Cinema Display, so I'd prefer the better processor.

Wondering what everyone's thoughts on this are as I haven't seen any threads discussing it.

Different processors - the 13" has a dual core chip, whereas the 15" has a quad-core.

The 15" is using quad-core processors. 13" is using dual-core. They will all work well with cinema displays.
