13inch rMBP Windows 7 boot camp question

If i have Windows 7 installed on my rMBP with bootcamp can i just upgrade to windows 8 or would i need to redo the process with bootcamp? Thanks

you can just upgrade and not its not a wise thing to do, its always best to clean install
