Was anyone told when returning their defective, freezing 4850 iMac that the replacement will not have the same 14 day return policy as the original?

I ask because of the 3 people I spoke with, 2 said no, and one said yes. Who to believe?

Not true. Once you get the replacement the 14 days resets with the new unit so you would have another 14 days to return for any defects/faults.
