14" iBook LCD question

Does anyone know if a 2004 14" ibook lcd would work on a 1.33 ghz ibook?

If your 1.33 iBook is also 14", then yes the LCD panel will fit. I believe that you will have to use your old cables tho. Its been awhile since I worked on an iBook. The 12" LCD iBook G3-G4s were all interchangeable.

one out of two isn't too bad...

i'd say 50/50. there were 2 different cables that i'm aware of. the logic board ends were the same, the panel connectors were different (one slim, one wide).

better odds than lotto, hope it works, best of luck.

Ya I ended up grabbing a complete display from the same model I own. My top latch went also. Hoping to fix both issues at once.
