you should be fine, i clock in at 9am and clock out around 4pm, 3 if its a soft day, i would have about 20-30% juice left at the end of the day.

It's a beast but keep in mind on a 14" with M1 Max will be constrained by battery duration and heat quicker than M1 Pro - more chance of running the fan = more battery drain.
