I wish Apple would color those MagSafe rings on the clear case to match, blend in with the color of the phone I hate the big white rings on the back it ruins the look.

My phone went into a case with a screen protector before I even turned it on.

I have gone with only a screen protector and, most importantly, AppleCare+. There are 2 points that stick out in my mind - 1. Know yourself, if you are a clumsy person or otherwise prone to dropping your phone then get a case and 2. AppleCare+ and a quality screen protector for those of us that are careful with our phones but happen to be human.

I take care of my phones a lot and have always wanted to go with a naked phone because they look so nice. I'm just afraid my cameras will scratch when I set it on tables and stuff

I have been setting my phone face down, and this makes sense for using AOD as well.

Since the iPhone 4 I use a Sena pouch. I do always buy the apple leather case for vacations and such or if I am feeling clumsy one day. Most of the time I use the pouch. I like the fact that when i'm not using the phone its in the pouch (protected) and when its in my hand and in use its naked. 🙂.

I never scratched an iPhone screen since the original iPhone. Also, I tried screen protectors every once in a while, but was never satisfied with how they degrade screen quality a tiny bit, and also the "sliding feeling" on the screen isn't as good as without screen protector.

This year it's even worse: the screen protector also protects the front camera, making the quality worse by definition. I don't want some third party glass to cover the iPhone camera.

Depends if you use a £3 tempered glass one off Amazon or pay £15-20 for a good one. There’s no difference in screen quality, camera quality or screen feel with the better ones and it’s cheaper than the annoyance of a scratched screen.
