14" vs 16" MacBook Pro M1X?

I'm definitely ordering the newly announced MacBook Pro M1X after the Unleashed event.

Other than screen resolution what other advantages are there in going with the 16" version versus the 14"

Planning 64GB memory and at least 1TB SSD (have a Sabrent 2TB SSD I can use).

Thanks for any advice. Kind of like the Series 7 pre-order no specifics from Apple until after the presentation. Figuring within the first hour most will slip well into November.

The rumors have indicated that the base specs will be identical between the 14” and 16” (M1X w/ 512GB SSD, 16GB RAM, 10-core CPU, 16-core GPU). It’s yet to be determined whether both models will have the option of the 32-core GPU. It’s also rumored that the price gap between the two will be narrower than it is right now. Anything else is just guesswork at this point; we’ll know more on Monday.
