14th iPhone upgrade program payment?

Okay, i hope this isn’t a complicated question. I’ve paid the 12 payments needed to upgrade to the iPhone X with the iPhone upgrade Program. I just preordered one earlier this morning that’s arriving on release day. However, I was also charged today for the 14th payment for the current iPhone I have with the program. Will I have to pay the 14th payment + the tax and first payment for the iPhone X? Or will the 14th payment be reversed & the first payment for the X be the only charge?

Any help would be appreciated

Sorry I should have been more clear. It’s with Apple’s iPhone upgrade program
