Intel power gadget 3.5.4 (3.5.5 shows error "The Power Gadget driver is not currently loaded.") https://software.intel.com/file/770353/download Now run cinebench 3-4 times, open a youtube video and check frequency and temperatures. Now in the middle of the first test with a youtube video and 3 tabs opened the power is ~20 watts, the frequency ~1.8GHz and the temperature ~74 C.
