15.7 update with Itunes

I tried to update to 15.7 with Itunes on my Windows laptop and the program only offers updating to 16. Will Itunes deliver the option later or 15.7 is supposed to be installed only OTA?

Seems 15.7 has only been offered OTA.. It's not even offered on ipsw.me for download

Thanks! Although I've already installed 15.7 IPSW via 3uTools. Seems to work just fine.

Exactly on 3utools it’s available

I was able download and update to iOS 15.7 via Windows iTunes.
iOS 16.x is now available for download via Windows iTunes.
