15" Haswell w/dGPU Kernel Panic - Should I Return?

I encountered a kernel panic today while running VirtualBox 4.3 on my new Haswell 15" with discrete GPU. From the error trace, it looks like the panic may have been caused by something related to graphics switching.

I bought my previous MBP, a 15" high-res, in March of 2011 and have never had a single kernel panic on that machine.

I've seen from this site that kernel panics aren't exactly a rarity, but can sometimes be a sign of a bigger problem. Since I'm still within my 14-day return window, I'm wondering whether I should return the laptop.

Any suggestions/anecdotes/thoughts are appreciated. Thanks!
 
Can you post the complete log? Kernel Panics are most of the time just software bugs. I would benchmark the **** out of it of the graphics card. And after that do something stressful in the virtualbox. If it's crashing again just when using virtual box, is mostly a software fault. I would try to reproduce it with another virtualization software. But remember: virtualbox 4.3 is a relatively new piece of software as mavericks is. VirtualBox is operating at the kernel level, so bugs in the kmods can very easily crash your whole system.

I'm just curious, because my Mavericks I got from Mac AppStore identifies itself as:

13A3017 is a special build that shipped with the Haswell rMBP's.
 
I noticed something that could possibly be related. I accidentally installed Direct3D support in the Guest Addition which VirtualBox has long described as "experimental". I've always avoided installing it in the past. Perhaps that's why I never encountered the error before.

The good news is that I ran some heavy GPU benchmarks a few times and had no error. I'll see if I can reproduce the error using VirtualBox, but it'll be tough since I was about 2/3 of the way through a long installation process (Visual Studio 2013) and there was nothing else ostensibly occurring with which I could attribute the error.
 
I just got a kernel panic on my new 15" Haswell (late 2013), 2.6ghz, 16gb, 1tb, 750m. No idea what caused it, I was backing up with Time Machine to an external USB 3 hard drive and watching a movie with VLC. I think the only other application running was Skype. Here's the log:
