15" MBP LCD hinge fixed on new models?

Just wondering for those who purchased the new 15" MBP, does it still have an issue with the LCD screen falling closed when using the laptop while rested in bed?

I know this issue only plagued the previous 15" MBP. The 13" and 17" did not have this issue.

I tried to answer this question myself at the Apple store by my house but they said the demo units will be switch out overnight. Suffice to say that I left the store without answering this nagging question.

Just thought I'd ask here in case someone who knows about the issue can comment.
