$15 unlim texting on T mobile.. with the iPhone? how?

How do I get the unlimited $15 payg t mobile texting plan, and make it work on my iPhone 4?

Anyone have advice or tips? Haven't purchased the plan yet..

Also.. is there a site I can go to to see what basebands have been unlocked?

Whats the issue? Call Tmo and activate the $15 plan assuming you have a iP4 and its unlocked
