Is this a good deal? I just came across this deal

I was debating either getting a refurb 16 inch or a $1799/$1999 higher end 13 inch.

But the savings look almost the same. $300 off the $1799 version, however no AirPods with. Or about $350 off the i9 base for $2300

What would y'all do?!

This would be primary computer , no external. also just a 1 time best buy open box deal, perfect condition as its geek squad certified

Do you need a dedicated GPU in your workflow? If its your primary computer I would lean more towards the 16 inch for the additional power and much nicer screen. Both are solid choices, some 2020 models have issues with USB 2.0 accessories so I would keep that in mind if you rely on those inputs.

Absolutely no need for dedicated GPU. Maybe playing WoW a little, but no heavy game play or graphics work. However I have had a 16 inch and the screen size, speakers, and battery are awesome.

Most likely will go towards the refurb 16 and return this open box so someone else can get this awesome deal.
