Is there any kind of application that allows you to install an application over 150mb? Without jailbreaking.

The 6s+ is capable of installing applications over 150mb. Maybe you need WiFi? Do you have access to another mobile device? You can have them turn on a hotspot to mimic wifi and connect your phone to it if your carrier limits 150mb applications.

If you don’t have WiFi, there is supposedly a trick (I’ve never tried it) that would make it work over cellular. First, start the download over cellular. A pop-up will come up saying the app can’t be downloaded, just click okay on that. Then, go into settings, general, date and time, turn off automatic time and set the date to something in the future (at least a few weeks in the future). After this, your app should start downloading. Once it’s done downloading, go back into your settings and set automatic time back on, and then you’re done

it isn't the carrier that limits it.
