16:9 to 4:3 iMovie

Hi all

Just wondering if there is any way to squeeze a 16:9 video into 4:3 in iMovie, at the moment I can only seem to get if to letterbox or zoom in to the 16:9 video.

I want to basically have all if the 16:9 video showing but in 4:3 format.

The image will be squeezed (tall & skinny) and distorted. You can't put a round peg in a square hole without modification.
