Yeah my posts have also been removed from the Apple support forums..

Anyway, unfortunately logic board / top case replacement didn't fix the problem - screen froze twice in the last hour, second time while uploading the first video.. 🙄

I'm going to ask for my money back now.

Hey! Give 10.15.4 a try.

I'd been having horrible problems for months and so far no crashes, no weird external monitor behavior, and the fan curve seems to be a little more manageable. You can apply for the public beta and get it early, the GM is out.

Speaker popping gone?

10.15.4 did not fix the problem for me or for others as reported on Apple's website. The problem appears to be with the driver for the Intel Integrated Graphics. The only solution I have found so far is to run my MacBook Pro 16" in Dedicated Graphics mode only. I hope Apple gets this fixed soon, as this is creating unnecessary wear on my new MacBook's battery and severely reducing run time. The simplest way to switch to and confirm running in Dedicated Graphics mode is to use something like gfxCardStatus or gSwitch. gSwitch seems to be less buggy since it was rewritten more recently, I believe.

I am waiting for a fix starting from 10.15.1. It's already 10.15.4, the problem still arises!
April 21, I received a 3rd logic board replacement. There is still a problem!
I was forced to buy another one of the same MacBook Pro 16" and it works fine!

So there is a problem, but no one understands what it is. Incompatibility of components? Bad boards?

I've had this exact issue since I received my laptop.

16 inch, 32GB RAM, 2.3 GHz 8-Core, 1 TB, 5500M 4GB

I found some threads on reddit and YouTube that suggested it may be related to graphics card switching, so I disabled it, but I still continue to experience freezing. The most common freezing happens for just a second or so, but can last up to 5-10 seconds or so. I've noticed that closing and reopening the lid may help wake it up during the long freezes, or maybe it's just coincidence.

Will try resetting NVRAM and SMC next. About ready to just return this thing... not happy that I spent so much on something that's less stable than my 2012 MBP, which I upgraded from.
Sorry to hear that. I am still using my mid 2012 MBP. I have been using more during the COVID pandemic and was going to by the 16 as soon as the Apple stores open up. The battery on my 2012 shuts down right around 50% and I'm afraid to push to much. Had high hopes for 16. I wish Apple would get there act together.

Just bought mine and already getting the freezing and ultra speed fans issue. I already resetted the nvram (no fix) and just did the smc fix (yet to find out) but this came out of apple support so...i think it shuld work

Im also working with an external monitor with one of those usb - c adapters wrapped in foil paper :p because of the wifi issue...
