16” MacBook Pro Touch Bar non responsive

I am having intermittent issues with my Touch Bar on base 16” MacBook Pro. It doesn’t respond at times and touch doesn’t respond. This is very frustrating and makes it so I can’t change volume when I need to. I also have the speaker popping/crackling and it gets very hot. Maybe an iMac Pro is better idea. A redesign is making me hesitant on going that route now. Anyone having Touch Bar issues?

Honestly, i *wish* my touch bar would go non-responsive, since 99% of the time when it registers touches it is because I am typing very fast and my finger tips accidentally brush the bar.

I sometimes get this problem on my MBP16, what I do is just close the lid and reopen it.

You could try to kill it using Activity Moniter.
