The display in my 2016 retina Macbook is starting to act up, and it has reached the point to being close to unuseable. The colors are all weird, and depending on how the display is moved, the colors change. Usually I can find an angle of the display where the colors are almost correct, but it has now gotten worse over time, and has now reached the point where that is not possible. I've attached a picture and a video of angling the display to show an example of how the colors looks crazy in Photos.

At first I expected the display cable, but now I think the problem is more severe, as I have now seen examples of hidden windows leaking through - I've attached another picture where one can see a hidden Safari window leaking through to the Desktop - And I don't think a faulty display cable could do that, so now I suspect that it is actually something more severe? Also, the problem is worse, the colder the Macbook is, for some reason..

Any suggestions or wise words? Worth repairing, or am I looking at an M2 MBA?
