SPIGEN SGP Tough Armor Protective Case

I stumbled upon this new case on Amazon a few days ago and decided to go ahead and order one:

Looks like it a pretty solid alternative to a Otterbox commuter. It's supposedly not available until July 31st, but I have "pre-ordered" cases from them before and had them arrive early, so I'll get some photos up when I receive it. $30.00

Man I love Spigen cases.....the Slim Armor I have for my iPhone 5 is the best case I've ever owned.

Damn, yet another reason why Spigen is my favorite case maker. I've had the Slim Armor on my phone since October and have recently been looking for a change. This just might be it.

Just purchased the silver on pre-order. I do like the look of that. Believe it or not, I have the Slim Armor and actually didn't like the thickness for a case I considered to be similar to the Tones. This one may be a bit thicker but I really like that protection. I hope it comes with a screen protector.

Anyone get theirs yet? I know the original release date was 7/31, but it looks like it moved to 8/7. Not sure if orders were fulfilled. Looks like this might be similar to the Slim Armor, rubbery case with a separate plastic back covering the sides, but with some more protection. Some of the images give the front a possible look of having plastic, but it doesn't seem like it would "connect" if that were the case.

It looks like the shade of Metal Slate is somewhere between the 1st Slim Armor, and the new Slim Armor S. I'll ask Spigen.

Edit: They told me it is the same color as the new Slim Armor S

Got mine today. I really like it. Its a decent amount smaller and thinner than my wife's OB Commuter. Of course it doesn't have the port covers but that's not a big deal to me. Also the lip is not as tall over the screen. The cut out on the back is slightly smaller than an OB too. The button feedback is great. Its a bit of a different feel since they are basically flat but they do have a good click. I would say the buttons are similar to a PowerSupport Flat bumper. I really like my silver and black look. Here are a couple of pics.

how is the area near the dock connector?? is it the type that that would sag through time?? or is it pretty sturdy??
