There will be no iPad 5. There will be a new new iPad, followed by a new new new iPad.

You will be able to get a refurbished new new iPad about six months after the new new iPad is released. Since nobody has any idea what the features of the new new iPad are, we don't know how much it will cost. A refurbished new new iPad will be about 15% less.

Or go to Apples sales site, look up the refurbished iPad's and see what they are going for. Or better, save up for the un-refurbished iPad 5 when it comes out.
