I went to nba.com today, and got a pop up about push notifications.

Maybe a demo tomorrow?

Anybody found other sites active?

nytimes.com also.

NY Times started doing this about a week ago. I've been receiving breaking news notifications regularly. Love the feature!

No, not yet. They said they are doing it in the future.

Active now.

Have you registered with them ? I haven't received anything from them.

Also, these notifications don't seemed to be synced across devices. That would be useful.

MacRumors' badge icon for push notifications seems to be broken. I deleted and re-added it but it didn't help. Any suggestions?

Was just about to make this thread but i'll let you do the work :D

MLB.com is another but you have to click the game alerts button at the top to get the allow/deny menu, this is a better/less intrusive way to do it IMO.

Even though I'm signed up for MLB alerts, I didn't get one yesterday during the world series. However, MacRumors is running fine!

Websites that use Push Notifications

Hi,

Was just wondering if anyone knew of any other sites that have push notifications in Safari on 10.9?

Obviously there's MR, but there must be more out there.

Thanks.
