iPhone Status bar bug after iOS 7 JB(nothing serious)

Had anybody else noticed this issue after jailbreaking their phone?(status bar doesn't show up at top during call) Not a big deal but sometimes I do like to glance at my phone to see the time while I'm talking on it. Not possible with this bug. I'm running an iPhone 5 32 gig jailbroken on iOS 7.0.4 btw

Change your background so the top of your screen is a lighter color it is there it is just black.
 
happens in every default app thats supposed to have the white statusbar font, instead its always black
 
I do not have this bug. I'm using a 5s on 7.0.4.

Edit: I now have this bug. It just started happening today. I saw a twitter video of how to always crash the iPhone with evasion7. It's a lock screen bug. I copied the video to see if my phone crashed too. It did and is 100% repeatable. Anyways, it was after testing this lock screen crash when I then started having the black font status bar bug. Hopefully it can be fixed in a package update on cydia instead of re-jailbreaking.

On my iPad 2 I get the time and such in the top while movies are playing. It must be a bug but kind of useful for me. it's black so it doesn’t bug me being there.

I agree, I'm on a 5 running iOS 7.0.4 and it's very annoying to see the status bar while taking pictures with the native camera app.



The good thing is that I do not use the native camera app but it's still annoying nonetheless.

Any idea how this will get fixed? Updates via Cydia?

Thank god I found this! Its not only me! Hhaha Oh well, guess we'll wait. the camera app is most annoying, cuts out the camera switcher icon needed for selfie taking. #muchsadness :(

The "selfie" button and all buttons still work in camera app just tap a little below the button;)
 
Anyone found a fix for this yet? Very annoying to see the black status bar while viewing photos and videos from the gallery app.

Good point. Honestly I don't know what the best course of action is. Apparently an update will be pushed in Cydia by Saurik that will fix it but we have no ETA so if you do use that fix don't blame me if anything goes wrong :p
 
Installed the .deb file via iFile and it worked beautifully! Did this AFTER installing Erica Utilities first though.
