16gb vs 32gb Which did you get?

I reserved a 32GB and a 16GB. I'll likely get the 32GB. When the white is available, I'll use another upgrade then as well.
I got the 32 Black. 16GB on my 3G wasn't enough to hold all of my music, but 32 will be more than enough...perfect for me.
Also, I'm so glad I ignored some of the people who were saying, "who cares if you pre-order right away, there's no difference in the first minute of the pre-sale and the next day"...I was worried about the availability/ordering issues and it looks like playing it safe has paid off. I'll be using it on the 24th! Score.

Question...
does having a few/several GB's of free space help it run faster?
Also, and don't beat me up for this please but I don't see the point if beginning another thread, will you be getting a screen protector like Zagg or anything?

16GB, I can't afford more space and it isn't really necessary as I will have about 8GB of free space after Music and Apps.

16GB for me. I stream most of media from my home server so I need only a small space for "backup" music and daily podcasts. I'm planning to move pictures/movies to the server/web somehow. I'll use the price difference to cover the safeware insurance in case of loss/theft.
I think 16GB will be more than enough for this year, but probably it will change when AT&T finally takes my grandfathered unlimited data in the future. I'm anticipating that will happen when the next iPhone comes out, and then I'll get higher capacity model.
