According to reseller ratings they have a 10/10.. because only one review has been submitted in the last 6 months. Countless other replies talk about poor customer service, shoddy rebates, routing calls to PCmall which also has a very very poor rating, and passing your credit information to "rewards benefits". That is basically a scam. Something similar happened to me when i ordered from EBGames and was Auto-enrolled into a reward program. I had no clue until 10dollar charges started hitting my bank card. Be cautious when picking out a "good deal"
