Why didn't anyone warn me about how much worse iOS 7 was?

Nevermind that it's slower on my 4S than it might be on a 5S, they got rid of/changed dozens of previously efficient and well designed features. It's far less intuitive and user friendly now. Additionally, almost every app has gotten worse with the updates, esp Twitter, Facebook and The Weather Channel.

Messages is awful as well. Why change something for the worse?? I am beyond frustrated right now, I feel like I'm so inhibited using this compared to how smooth my phone was on iOS 5. Is there any way to get a 4S or 5 running iOS 5-6 still on eBay or elsewhere?

There couldn't have been more than 100 threads discussing and complaining about iOS 7.:rolleyes:

It seems like from plenty of threads discussing it all, and a number of ones that you even started, most would have a fairly good idea of what it's like.

I have no idea the satisfaction level of ALL the people using iOS7. And since people posting here do not represent a representative sample of all users, and generally people post negative rather than positive...I don't know.

From all the threads you have started, obviously you don't like it.

Personally, I love it and have from the start. Many people I know like it, or at least have warmed up to it. I know very few people that dislike it. Most people here seem to like it as will, but there are some that complain and start several threads about it.

Also, why are these threads In the iPhone sub forum? There's a whole sub forum for iOS 7..

You didn't do a bit of research before upgrading? :confused:

Yeah I love everything about iOS 7 besides the slowness and I have an iPhone 4. I would still and do tell people with an iPhone 4 to upgrade because it's so awesome. I love the way iOS 7 looks and the swipe thing in preinstalled apps and some third party apps and control center and if I had it I would love air drop and so much more. Mostly the UI of every thing a lot of people say there's to much white witch there kinda is doesn't bother me that much I do want a dark keyboard really bad tho.
 
Although information about iOS 7 had been out there for months before the official release, most people have better things to do than to start threads after threads about it, such as school, job, life, etc.

If there were more people like you, you would have been better warned. You are doing people a great service with you relentless whining, almost to the point of spamming. Keep it up.
 
Personally at first I hated it and now I love it! A key factor to enjoying the look of it really is about choosing the right wallpaper and lock screen you want. Something that simple really does give the whole phone a different "vibe" but yea I think is leaps and bounds better than any iOS so far now.
 
I wish I could switch back. iOS 7 made my iPhone 4S into an android phone. It's really an ugly nightmare.
 
You should really sell your iphone and go to android or something. Or just keep your whining to yourself. I'm sure you can find an iphone on eBay or Craigslist with ios 6 installed if you actually took time to look instead of complain.

And stop posting in the wrong sections.
 
I like it on my iPhone 5s. Hate it on my iPad 4G. Its like using an iPhone app on a iPad. not good. smh.

The crashing bits are annoying especially for a new phone. The black screen is a weekly occurrence. At first I thought it was just my phone, but I saw it happen to a friend's 5s just after having it for a week. Which makes me think there won't be an iPhone 6 until they fix this iOS bugs.

I really don't want to update anything else until the improvements kick in.
 
People were so desperate for easy access to settings that they are willing to accept the bad parts of iOS7. (and the bugs of 7.0.x!) Personally, I have such access via jailbreak on iOS6.
