They were stupid enough to show their faces in the beginning of the video, the law will catch up with them.

This is vandalism, sure. But it just proves that the phones are entirely too flimsy. Never before have I heard of bending a recent smartphone so easily

True - I would have preferred if they were like bodybuilders or something - not weak ten year olds...

Incredibly convenient of them to thoroughly introduce themselves though.

Ugh, that sucks. :/ Stupid kids. And I can't help but wonder whether Apple's sales are taking a hit at all, this has been a very public issue for them.

As a 6+ owner have to say bends a bit easier than I would prefer. Probably won't be an issue for me, but glad I have insurance.

What a couple douche bags. I can bend an Mac Book Air, and Pro too if I really try.

I hope they get caught and get forced to pay for a full priced replacement.

I have had my 6plus since day one and it is in my pockets EVERY day. Usually front, however at times in the back. Slacks are not tight, but my jeans,
albeit not skinny jeans by ANY definitely they are much snugger than work slacks. Not a hint of any type bending.

6'0 200 lb man.

Apple stores have cameras everywhere, if Apples chooses to pursue this they have all the evidence they need. Hey mom we made a video, that's nice dear.

No, it proves that you shouldn't try to bend your phone. They're not designed to handle this kind of stress, so of course they'll deform if you put them in a situation they shouldn't be in.

And as a counterpoint to your comment about this being isolated to the current iPhone, check this out:

The problem isn't that the phone bends. That's normal for phones that thin. The problem is that unlike a plastic, aluminum metal does not return to its original shape.

Then again, the force required to bend the phone...as long as you're not careless and you don't sit on it or something, this won't happen.

I still can't believe people think that this is a design flaw. This is not normal use. If the phone bends in the front pocket, then you have an issue, but I just don't see much of a chance of that happening. In the back pocket, you risk smashing the thing.

What these kids are doing is destruction of property. Do people go into an auto store and test drive vehicles above the red-line? I'll get of the soap box.

What? They were full grown teenagers, with man bodies. Not 10 year olds. They knew what they were doing, and they went to every iPhone in the store and bent them.

I bet if they kicked the door of a Bentley, it would bend.

Obviously Bentley's are TOO bendable!

the dummies must have been bending it pretty hard, did anyone else notice his fingers all red like they hurt the last bending part?
What a bunch of idiots!
