Few things, A, what is that beautiful theme??? B, what were you trying to prove? I did the same thing on my MBP a few months ago.
EDIT: well I'm stupid, you specifically wrote the theme in your post. I'm about to do that on my PowerBook G3.

It's just Sheepshaver and not really trying to prove anything, or at least to anyone other than myself.
Appletalk is actually working on it and I get internet (IE 4.5) and can connect to the Tiger and Leopard G4s here at work via Chooser.
Probably install DAVE for Samba and see if I can connect to our Windows 2012 server that way.
Anyway, as to themes, I was on OS9 from 1999 to about 2004. So, Kaleidoscope then was king and I used BBX Mercury.
Both are easy to find, however kaleidoscope.net is now dead. However, I have a busload of downloaded themes burned to disk somewhere. I also used Rough Draft, which was cool.
No real purpose for this, just messing around.

I'm not anti-OS 9-I'm far from it in fact(although I do prefer Tiger and Leopard). I've gone on record many times here as saying that OS 9 is the main OS in use on all of my G3 based systems(even though most have Tiger also). Every computer I have capable of booting it has it installed, although admittedly I never run it on my main Quicksilver since I have a core image graphics card in it(for maximum Leopard usability), and core image cards tend to not play nicely with OS 9. Since I've been on an OWR binge lately, I've also been getting knee deep in it.

I don't care for OS9 because compared to Leopard it's just inflexible and I've moved on from all the apps I used to work in.

Can you post that theme on Dropbox or something? Also, how do I connect my G5, G4, or even MacBook, running 10.10.3 and 10.5.8 respectively, to my PowerBook? I really want to stop using CDs to attempt to get stuff on and off of the system.

Unfortunately, no. I'm afraid I'm running out of room for towers(the 9600 was pushing it) and I have an 8500 already.

They seem to have other Kaleidoscope themes there to so you may want to take a look around.
As to connecting, turn on file sharing on your PowerBook. Take note of your IP address.
Connect to the PB on your other Macs by going to the Finder and then pressing CMD+K for "Connect to Server" and then entering AFP://192.168.xxx.xxx (where the xxx's are your IP address). Enter your name and password (for an account that is on the PowerBook) and select the share you want to mount.
Done.
I literally just downloaded that, lol. I don't have kaleidoscope though, is it an app or something? I couldn't find what it was using my google skills, which some know how to use more than others . I'll go try out that file sharing thing because I've blown through so many CDs trying to get software for the PowerBook, then finding out it wont work or I did something wrong.

Kaleidoscope was a themeing app made by Greg Landweber. Shapeshifter and later on Magnifique and Theme Park are based on the pioneering work he did.I literally just downloaded that, lol. Version 2.3.1 was the last version. You can find it here: http://www.tucows.com/preview/204231
Run the installer. It will install other basic themes as well if you like. Put the BBX Mercury theme in the same folder as the others.
Kaleidoscope is a Control Panel. You set the preferences using the control panel. It will also create a shortcut in the Apple menu to the theme folder so you can switch on the fly if you like.

BBX Mercury along with some DT (Dragon's Tongue) themes were very popular during Kaleidoscope's time on the stage.
Kaleidoscope was one of the reasons I didn't shoot myself seeing all that platinum and boring OS9 window decór every day.
XPost Facto?I went a different direction with OS 9 this weekend. Getting OS 9.2.2 on here was a lot of fun
I did that about ten years ago with my 6500. It's running 9.2.1.
