It's been a long while.

Let's play, shall we? After a great game by Sythas, I'd like to try something a little different.

On the top of it all, this is a simple WW game. There is no infections, no insta-kills, no necromancers. Just villagers, a hunter, a seer and two WWs that want to eat them.

There are two major differences in this game versus the others, however...

1) As usual, there will be deadlines, both for voting and night orders. However, there is no majority lock. Voting continues until the deadline, no matter how many votes a player may receive. And once the deadline is reached, if there is two or more players with the same number of votes, there will be a tie-breaker. An overtime if you will. During the overtime, ONLY votes for the players who had the most votes will count, and those players CANNOT vote (they can post and defend themselves, however).

For example: Queen of Spades and Moyank24 had 3 votes at the time of the deadline. This will invoke overtime voting, but all players (except for Queen of Spades and Moyank24) can ONLY vote for Queen of Spades and Moyank24. Queen of Spades and Moyank24 can continue to post and defend themselves, but they cannot vote.

2) ALL players will be in a team of two. That means they can PM each other at will. However, this pairing DOES include the wolves, which will ALSO be their own team. So a "villager" team MAY have a wolf as a member. The wolves can PM each other outside of their own 'teams'.

Hence the title... is your teammate a friend... or a foe?

PLAYERS:
1. Moyank24
2. Plutonius eaten by wolves - villager
3. twietee
4. Sythas lynched - villager
5. Melrose wolf take-out.
6. Meister wolf nourriture - villager
7. Tomorrow lynched - villager
8. Queen of Spades
9. anjinha lynched - villager
10. Don't panic
11. Scepticalscribe lynched - villager
12. rick snagwell wolf nibble

in.

Is it possible that the wolves pairing could be randomly assigned on top of the assumed pairing, or both wolves will always have a village partner?

edit: Actually looks like I missed the cutoff. Will be interested to watch this one from the sidelines.

Looks like we're starting in a couple of hours!

Until then, please let me know what time you guys would like the deadline to be (keeping in mind that I'm in EST).

Sorry -- I don't want a overly large game with the new mechanics. If it works well, we can scale up.

dont mind time here. as im at work for the next 96 hours (fire)

This would work for me, but I'll defer to you guys on the West Coast and across the pond!

As long as you mention (in brackets) what the times would be for the other zones, when setting them, I am easy. Because that means I will be able to remember them.

Now - that does not necessarily mean that I will manage to be around at a deadline.

Indeed, as we saw in the most recent game, precisely because firstly - it was a long, Public Holiday week-end, the May Public/Bank Holiday (where personal, and private times are different) and secondly - because of locking, and the use of a 'collapsing' power, I twice missed deadlines.

Last year, when I was posted in central Asia, US-centric deadlines were a luxury, although - in truth - it wasn't an inconvenience, more a bit of a nuisance.
