I want to get a new monitor for my MacBook's desk. I'm totally lost . Something widescreen, 19", and sub $300CDN is ideal. I saw a few in some flyer but they were were hideous. I don't need something gorgeous, just not one that will ruin the look of my Apple stuff. I'm in Vancouver, but I'd order online if it were an awesome deal.

How are you going to fit a 19 foot Widescreen Monitor on your desk? :p.

I would suggest this monitor, it's a 19" for only $150 and it's a good brand. They do ship to Canada.

Oh I should have been more clear... Rather than getting just a desk I decided to buy the whole tree. It was quite the trick getting it up the stairs and through the door.

I haven't had experience with Frys, Are they reliable?

I'd love to seem some other stuff too.

I've ordered a lot from Frys and haven't had a problem with them. The 22" monitor I'm currently using I bought from Frys and never had a problem, and the 2nd Day shipping was cheaper than ground shipping by 1¢, so that was really nice.

There's also this Hanns G monitor that has great reviews, though it's 15$ more than the Viewsonic. And there's this monitor, I've had good experiences with that brand when I bought a 17" LCD from them a couple years ago, it still works great.
