I've had this Shuffle since June of 2006, and it's been a great iPod it's whole life. But now when I plug it in to my mini, it isn't recognized, and it doesn't charge either. Apple's site doesn't offer much information, as far as I can tell, on reseting it so I thought I'd try here and see if anyone has idea's.
It's probably going to be replaced by a 3G Nano, but that will be a couple of months away. (Plus, it was going to be a christmas gift for a friend. 🙁)
