1GB Memory Upgrade for iBook G4?

Choice of RAM in canada !

I'm looking for a 512 MB RMA module for my iBook G4 933, in Canada !

there is not alot of Mac resellers here, so, i'm looking on the net !
i Found a website (www.tigerdirect.ca) that list alot of PC 2100 SODIMMS RAM modules.

anyone know if one of them would work on my iBook ? Sure, I could order from the US, but, the shipping on RAM modules is SO expensives..
