You can find Kingston 1GB chip for $125 on OnSale.com. Here is the direct link:

Or, you can find this using the Shop feature of MacRumors. Just search for "pc2 5300 sodimm" It's listed as the Kingston Made for Imac, or something like that.

Just got OWC 1GB for $117.99 - shipped - two days ago. Down $7 from the Jan. 21 order for the 1st stick from them.

Dealram.com keeps track of good RAM prices. There's some store on there that are sketchy ... but the lowest now is about $59 for 512 or 1GB for $109.
