1GB RAM Sticks for Powerbook - OK to buy?

Hi all,

I just saw a thread on Apple Discussions about a VERY cheap 1GB stick that works with the Powerbooks. I have found a thread about it located here: https://forums.macrumors.com/threads/86495/

Am wondering if anybody has bought this ram recently, and if so, what has been your experience?

Outpost is part of Fry, so they should be good to deal with.

well, if you read the 3rd and 4th pages of that thread you'd see the answers you're asking for.

my brother and a friend ordered that 1GB SODIMM from Fry's (for an iBook and PowerBook, respectively) and in both cases they work great.
