For example when I try to log in twitter, I tap the share button than 1password icon and a page pops up but there is nothing there, same for mail and other services

The screen you get is the screen you typically get when there is no valid login for the site you're currently viewing. Have you opened the 1Password app and confirmed that you can see the logins for the sites you want to log into?

Also, have you confirmed that the "website" fields contain the proper domains for the sites you're trying to access? Many sites have multiple domains, and 1Password may have a different one saved. If, for instance, you try to log into "verizon.com" but you originally saved the login from "verizonwireless.com" it won't show up unless you add the additional URL to the login.

Gordon1234 is correct. If you have the wrong website or no website at all in the website field for a password entry, you'll get the blank screen you've already seen when trying to use the extension.

Go into the 1password app and add the appropriate URLs to your entries. It's a pain if you don't normally fill in that field and have 100+ logins to update, but once it's done, the extension is very useful.
