Have you heard that 1Password 3.0 is in private beta? Do you want the latest interface in your 2.X.X version? Just copy and paste the next line into Terminal and press return.

defaults write com.1passwd DevFeaturesUI 1

To change back to the old interface paste the next line into Terminal and press return.

defaults write com.1passwd DevFeaturesUI 0

Until 3.0 is released the new interface is unsupported.
