How do I setup my account and sync with my already existing info that's in dropbox? I don't see any settings in Preferences. I see a "use dropbox" option in the General pane but it's greyed out.

You have to install and configure DropBox first. Then install 1Password and it will detect the file in your dropbox folder and offer to sync with it.

It's not working because I had 1password first. I try deleting from Launchpad and installing again from MAS but all my preferences are saved like I never deleted it.

Try deleting the 1Password preferences then. Should be in ~/Library/Preferences (hold option and click on the Go menu in Finder to access your user Library).

Just deleted 1password again and went to the preferences folder but there's no preference list for 1password.

If the "Use Dropbox" button is disabled then it sounds like your Dropbox folder is not located in the default location.

If you're still having trouble, could you confirm for me that your Dropbox folder is located in the root of your Home folder?
