1Password moving to cloud?

Hi,

I just read that 1password is moving to cloud, since I used this app because was an offline app to store my password I'm really anxious to understand if it will be only online.

I'm not going to pay for a subscription based software but i also would not put my password in the cloud.

On their website I can't find any info about the offline app.

Hope it will give me the time to find an alternative, so I slowly move all my data to a new app.
Apple keychain would be great but i can't sync with Android Phone even if I think i will move back if iPhone 8 would be a great phone as it looks from renders

the only problem in that case would be notes that are allowed from desktop keychain but as far as i know are not accessible from iOS, not sure on iOS 11
