1st Gen iPhone Jailbreak for 1st time

I have my 1st gen iPhone on ATNT and want to jailbreak. I have not yet jailbroken my iPhone before. I have a few questions. I want to jailbreak, not unlock, would pwnage tool do that? Would Pwnage tool be the right one because I have not jailbroke before? I'm not super tech savy so would the process e pretty self explanatory? Thank you so much😀

Yes. In fact, any one of the many, many, many tutorials posted in these forums (and on a number of other sites) should give you clear, easy-to-follow instructions.

Out of curiosity, have you tried using a search engine? They typically deliver results faster than I can type them. 🙂

Haha, I'm sorry. I think I found it. I just didn't want to screw up, but seeing as I can restore the phone at anytime I should be ok.

HOLY COW! that was super quick! and painless! I used Quickpwn. It was EXTREMELY simple! I was shaking the entire time though(Cant aford to screw up). HOLY COWEY! 😀😀😀😀😀😀😀😀😀😀

One tip: avoid Installer. There's no practical reason to use it anymore.
