1tb Ssd

I know its not available yet and we aren't that close. But I'd like to hear from the community when you'd think this would be. When can we see 1tb ssd in a laptop without taking out another mortgage and being commercially available?

A long time from now. That's be a dent in anyone's wallet. You rarely see a 1TB HDD in laptops yet.

its in a high end asus notebook i think.

My guess would be by mid next year. They do already have 512 SSD. Do you know if the asus 1TB SSD has good read/write speeds?
