iPod touch 2.0 apps and battery Drainage

how is your battery when Playing Apps, Some of them Really suck it dead
worse than watching a movie (which previously was the biggest battery drainer)

what do you think?

it would be nice to have a % or Est. Time of battery remaining on top of just the 20% and 10% warnings...but then it would also be nice to have a longer battery life...I guess you just have to wait for good things to come

I noticed when I was playing with the Apps for 20 minutes, the battery already drained to 75%.

Some of the apps are CPU intensive so they will drain the power more quickly then the default iPhone/Touch apps.

i put the push function to manual and that saved a lot of my battery life...still gets pretty hot now,

Is it just game apps, or ALL 3rd party apps that kill the battery?

I played Super Monkey Ball for 30 minutes and my battery life was down to about 50%. 😱

With "Manual" pushes, do u just click on the mail app and u get the new emails w/o it informing you beforehand?
