What does it mean having an Intel 2.0 Core 2 Duo processor? Is it 2 1.0 GHz processors or 2 2.0 GHz processors? I want to run a game that runs on windows XP at 2.4GHz...will my mac work?

Two 2.0 GHz Core 2 processors on a single processor socket.

Does this mean that my processor would run a game requiring 2.4 GHz minimum?

It depends on the game and what requirements it states.

Technically yes, the game would most likely run, just dont set it to max graphics settings etc.

That depends, 2.4 GHz what? If it's 2.4 GHz Pentium, you're probably okay. :D

I think you're good. A 2.0 GHz Core 2 Duo processor would be faster than, oh, a 5.0 GHz Pentium proc, if such a thing even existed.

    You're greatly exaggerating. A 3.2 - 3.6 GHz Pentium D would be a more accurate comparison.
